Seperated the browser and feature configs
New subcommands /legiticonfig browser and /legiticonfig features
/legitibrowse debug has been removed in favour of /legitidebug
The random world selector has been fixed and will now select from all valid online worlds
Changed the player browser info area to list usernames
Fixed the sort not applying in "user's other worlds" display
Minor changes including message modifications
