Fixed a bug where the Ender Dragon's XP orbs were not dropping if a player was nearby.
Fixed a bug where the Ender Dragon dropped an incorrect amount of XP.
Fixed a bug where it was possible to duplicate the Ender Dragon's Egg.
Fixed a critical issue reguarding thread management.
General code optimization.
