Small maintanance update + bugfixes

Updated to 26.1.1
Fixed a bug where the text on ModMenu's options screen to be missing
Now correctly calculates the offset using the currently active scale This should fix scaled position for the "Always On" text scale

This new update depends on Rose-Bush 1.4, Make sure you update your modlists!
